With a portfolio of almost 11,500 housing units, we house nearly a quarter of the population of Caen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_c93ec1161c\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_were_your_issues_before_launching_your_chatbot\"><\/span>What were your issues before launching your chatbot?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our office is very close to its tenants. We are trying to develop innovative solutions, especially for our contact methods. We have a dedicated switchboard, a website, an online tenant space and a Facebook page. We wanted to offer <a href=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/conversational-agent\/\">a complementary communication<\/a> channel to our tenants, so that they can reach us 24 hours a day, at least for &#8220;simple&#8221; questions that do not require the intervention of a consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_fc195eb72f\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_did_you_come_to_the_conclusion_that_a_chatbot_would_meet_these_needs\"><\/span>How did you come to the conclusion that a chatbot would meet these needs ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We did a benchmark, attended a few <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLXfPLSyZg3gP9tcrh_NI2Tf9rztey6Bdh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">webinars<\/a> and shared with other funders who have already implemented this approach. This seemed to us to be relevant, at a lower cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_cfb09a9fb0\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_did_you_choose_the_Botnation_solution\"><\/span>Why did you choose the Botnation solution?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After studying several alternatives, Botnation appeared to be the solution with the best quality\/price ratio, with good ergonomics and ease of use. We really appreciated the support that was offered to us. Cyprien was always very reactive to answer our requests, to help us in our steps <a href=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/tips-catbot-efficient-and-performing\/\">and to bring us his small tricks and tips<\/a>. We appreciate the fact that adjustments are made in real time on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_61e41af773\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_did_you_build_the_chatbot_What_was_the_creative_process\"><\/span>How did you build the chatbot? What was the creative process?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We set up a small project group with the communication department, the head of the Customer Relations Department and an employee from the quality and internal control department. We first exchanged on the type of presentation and the way it should be done, then we proposed the themes and the questions via a table where everyone could bring their ideas. We <a href=\"\/en\/\">created the chatbot<\/a>, proposed it for internal testing, and then launched it &#8220;for real&#8221;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"have-you-been-able-to-measure-the-first-results\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Have_you_been_able_to_measure_the_first_results\"><\/span><br>Have you been able to measure the first results?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, we already have a good utilization rate. We gather the project group every month to study the users&#8217; requests to which the chatbot could not bring an answer in order to adjust its behavior as well as possible.
