{"id":3194,"date":"2022-05-23T20:22:51","date_gmt":"2022-05-23T19:22:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/?p=3194"},"modified":"2022-05-23T20:22:53","modified_gmt":"2022-05-23T19:22:53","slug":"quel-credit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/quel-credit\/","title":{"rendered":"What a Credit: What a Chatbot!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Just one and a half months: that&#8217;s how long it&#8217;s been since our first contact and discussions about the opportunity of implementing a collection chatbot versus the &#8220;classic&#8221; form and the production start of what has since become a real strategic project on the QuelCredit website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It took only a few weeks to imagine, realize and put into production a chatbot in charge of the collection from A to Z on  <strong>the QuelCredit website.<\/strong>  It is also linked in real time to the APIs of financial partners, without a single line of programming, without having to modify their APIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"320\" height=\"80\" src=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/QuelCredit_Logo2.png\" alt=\"WhatCredit\" class=\"wp-image-3192\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/QuelCredit_Logo2.png 320w, https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/QuelCredit_Logo2-300x75.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This chatbot uses many of Botnation&#8217;s native features with intelligence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>collaborative chatbot management between several editors<\/li><li>many conditional modules of type &#8220;if, then, else..&#8221;<\/li><li>number detections for financial information<\/li><li>lists of choices for answers<\/li><li>carousels for the presentation of offers<\/li><li>email detection for contact<\/li><li>Synchronous secure webhooks (post) with analysis of responses during data transmission with external information systems (crm)<\/li><li>registration to the newsletter<\/li><li>conversion trackings and funnels<\/li><li>javascript event management<\/li><li>integration in the heart of a web page<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, in 6 weeks, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quelcredit.com\">QuelCredit.<\/a> com team has set up not 1 but 2 collection chatbots on Botnation. The first one is about <strong>credit restructuring and repurchase<\/strong> and the second one, since a few days, about <strong>loan insurance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/e-business-meetings\/\">morning we saw the<\/a> first graphs of the &#8220;conversion funnels&#8221;, generated by Botnation&#8217;s real time statistics module, the collection and satisfaction rates are extraordinary.
