Our particularity is that we manage 2 activities in addition to the promotion and communication work inherent to a tourist office<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quelles-ont-ete-vos-problematiques-avant-le-lancement-de-vos-chatbots\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_were_your_issues_before_launching_your_chatbots\"><\/span>What were your issues before launching your chatbots?  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to <a href=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/chatbot-recruitment\/\">the launch of the chatbot<\/a>, messages sent to our Facebook messenger were not being answered quickly. This creates frustration on the part of the user, who sometimes expects an immediate response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other questions were recurrent: the same question was asked by several people, which represented a significant waste of time for our team who had to answer each message.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These 2 factors have resulted in a reflection on the automation of these responses to free up time. This is how the chatbot project was born!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comment-en-etes-vous-venue-a-la-conclusion-qu-un-chatbot-repondrait-a-ces-besoins\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_did_you_come_to_the_conclusion_that_a_chatbot_would_meet_these_needs\"><\/span>How did you come to the conclusion that a chatbot would meet these needs?  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Having concluded that a chatbot would meet our needs for automation of our messaging, we observed what other tourist sites were doing, some of which also used chatbots, which reinforced our project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pourquoi-avoir-choisi-la-solution-botnation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_did_you_choose_the_Botnation_solution\"><\/span>Why did you choose the Botnation solution?  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The choice of the solution was naturally made in favor of <a href=\"\/en\/\">Botnation<\/a>, in particular thanks to its support in French!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comment-construisez-vous-les-chatbots-quel-est-le-processus-de-creation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_do_you_build_chatbots_What_is_the_creative_process\"><\/span>How do you build chatbots? What is the creative process?  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This process is constantly evolving: we created a first base with the most recurrent questions observed by our team, which gave birth to a first version of the chatbot. When the chatbot went live, we obviously realized that it could be improved.  <a href=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/analyse-chatbot\/\">The analysis of the conversations<\/a> made possible by the platform (in the dedicated tab but also in the Artificial Intelligence module), we added as we went along the new questions without associated answers that arose. Thus, the chatbot improves over the weeks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"avez-vous-pu-mesurer-des-resultats\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Were_you_able_to_measure_results\"><\/span>Were you able to measure results?  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have not yet measured any results: for the moment, the main objective (freeing up time) has been achieved because we have been on the platform for about 1.5 years. In our case, it worked.
