At best, in the collective imagination, it appears as a useful tool to obtain basic information, such as an opening time or an address. If you are convinced of this, then these lines are for you! A chatbot is a tool capable of making advanced and complex calculations in record time thanks to its advanced technology. On top of that, it is easy to access and use: no line of code is required.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Costaseca is a regular user of the Botnation platform, which he has been using for more than 2 years for his company Flipr, with which he deploys connected solutions for the maintenance of private swimming pools. Thanks to a successful chatbot, it offers a fast and very accurate service! Our ambition is to facilitate the maintenance of a pool so that maintenance is no longer a burden, and to allow owners to reduce the cost of maintenance, and limit the waste of treatments. To do this, we have created and marketed a range of innovative products, including Flipr AnalysR, a connected water analyzer that measures water quality in real time and tells the pool owner what to do to keep the water clean and beautiful all year round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quelles-etaient-vos-problematiques-avant-le-lancement-de-votre-chatbot\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_were_your_issues_before_launching_your_chatbot\"><\/span>What were your issues before launching your chatbot?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We were looking to develop a feature that would allow our prospects to easily calculate the cost of maintaining a pool, and show how our devices could help reduce that cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comment-en-etes-vous-venu-a-la-conclusion-qu-un-chatbot-repondrait-a-ces-besoins\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_did_you_come_to_the_conclusion_that_a_chatbot_would_meet_these_needs\"><\/span>How did you come to the conclusion that a chatbot would meet these needs?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Not having an internal web developer, we did not want to invest in a restrictive web development, and especially we wanted to be able to act easily and update regularly the data of this &#8220;calculator&#8221;. The chatbot solution was obvious because the development and implementation seemed easier, and above all the interaction with the prospect was more fun and warm than with a form.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pourquoi-avoir-choisi-la-solution-botnation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_did_you_choose_the_Botnation_solution\"><\/span>Why did you choose the Botnation solution?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Several reasons. First of all, <a href=\"\/en\/\">Botnation<\/a> is compatible with our CMS: this makes its implementation much easier. Moreover, Botnation has a simple interface that allows you to design your scenario in a few clicks. We needed to make the bot do some calculations, and this was perfectly feasible with the Botnation solution, again with a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comment-avez-vous-construit-le-chatbot-quel-a-ete-le-processus-de-creation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_did_you_build_the_chatbot_What_was_the_creative_process\"><\/span>How did you build the chatbot? What was the creative process?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t recall any particular complexities. The scenario is based on a few questions (and sub-questions) to the prospect, and the display of the result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"avez-vous-pu-mesurer-des-premiers-resultats\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Have_you_been_able_to_measure_the_first_results\"><\/span>Have you been able to measure the first results?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/optimize-your-prospect-collection\/\">chatbot has a lead<\/a> acquisition objective. Until the beginning of 2021, it had a simple call to action, at the bottom of the home page of our site. There was no real nurturing program involved: it was a free service offered to our prospects. We realized its importance when we inadvertently disconnected it for a few days: many prospects reported its malfunction. So we set up a more advanced tracking, and this allowed us to see that this chatbot was particularly well <a href=\"https:\/\/blog2.botnation.ai\/en\/chatgpt-microsoft-office\/\">integrated into<\/a> the conversion tunnel of our customers.
